Consultations up to 20 minutes are always free of charge. A credit card may be required to book a longer consultation appointment. We have limited schedules; no shows for new or existing clients may be subject to a $75 non-refundable fee, but "last minute" appointments are available periodically.
- Appointments may be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit that goes toward hair purchase. Appointment no-shows will be charged the full amount unless cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours.

- Due to the nature of our product and services, we cannot offer refunds on materials or labor for any reason and we reserve the right to refuse service if and when required.
- Secrets for Hair offers the most COST EFFECTIVE maintenance in the industry. We use our own soft metal rings lined with silicon that can be adjusted once a month without damaging your hair.
- Our prices range from $250.00 to $2000.00, and are at least 50% lower than most bay area salons which only offer "glue" extensions. We offer accurate pricing at the time of your consultation.
